Facebook launches its own Siri: Virtual half, human half

No technologic company without its own virtual assistant. Facebook is the latest company to join this exclusive club formed by Siri (Apple) and Cortana (Microsoft), among others. This was advanced by Wired, but for now it is only a pilot for a few hundred lucky US users.

The question, as always, is "What takes Facebook about all this?". The Marcus' aim is of attracting more and more customers to its platform, which ultimately would revenues on advertising and sales. It is certainly a good way to promote the use of Messenger, reviled (and even boycotted) by many users who prefer to have all the services of the network in the same application.
